I checked my email today and there was an email from Carle asking how our recent experience was. I eagerly clicked on it only to find that it was only questions about Ernie's experience at the lab last Friday when we got his bloodwork done prior to Monday's infusion/injection. Sigh. Just so you know....it was fine; we had to wait quite awhile but it was crowded. So fine.
Then I happened to be in the MyCarle app to doublecheck some of his lab results and I noticed there was a message in the inbox saying, "Did we meet your needs? Please answer the After Visit Questionnaire about your recent office visit. We thank you for choosing Carle and trusting us with your healthcare." So I obediently clicked on it and there was one question: During your visit did the Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner address your immediate health needs?
Now our visit with Vasireddy was fine (I love him) but the aftermath was not so great so I thought I would go ahead and answer it. I figured there would be a place to leave a comment so I clicked 'yes' and continued....nothing. The only option it gave me was submit, or clear answers. So I cleared the answers and clicked 'no.' Same thing. There was a little pencil icon so I clicked on that, thinking maybe that would give me a place for comments. Nope. Now maybe it's supposed to...maybe it's not Mac friendly. Given that I work at the University I know firsthand that some places like to pretend Macs don't exist (hello Lync) but really?
Not inspiring a whole lot of confidence here.
