If you could only smell this. Low fodmap Chicken Tikka Masala. Ernie and I kinda tag teamed it. He made the sauce and marinated the chicken while I worked and then we finished it up together. It was incredibly good. Owen devoured huge amounts. So much for leftovers. Next time I might up the spice a bit but it was really lovely.
